CFA fire fighter David Tree rescued a koala that survived the bush fires and images and video of the incident made headlines around the world.  There’s now a website where you can find out more and get updates on Sam’s progress www.koalasam.com

Bushfires have once again devestated areas of Gippsland and at least 30 homes have been lost. The Gippsland Emergency Relief Fun was established in 1978 and 100% of donations received goes straight to those in need.
